Flat Rates
Here at Delphia Systems, we've completely done away with hourly rates. Never again will you lose sleep wondering how long your "geek" will spend "fixing" your computer. We have a flat rate for all the work we do, and you will know exactly how much it's going to cost before any work gets done. We take pride in our fair business practices and will always perform work to the highest standard.
On-site Visits
We are currently only equipped for on-site technical assistance. Our policy is that you are not obligated to pay if we don't remedy your issue. That's right, if we can't fix it, we take the cost. Work estimates are given at absolutely no charge either over the phone or through our answers page. We give accurate estimates on work to be done and you get a firm price when we are able to asses the situation on-site. Along with not having to worry about hourly rates, you don't have to worry taking a risk. No results - no pay.

OS Repair for non-corrupt media. "I push the button and... nothing happens!" Can't get into Windows? We'll change all that.

We will attempt to recover data from bad or damaged media. The base fee is $150 for the first 20GB of data; one dollar per GB after that. We will transfer recovered data to either a provided media at no cost or we will back up to either CD/DVD or our Hard Disk.
The #1 cause of a slow computer is the presence of spyware. Spyware resides on your computer and reports to others your browsing habits and then displays advertisements on your screen. Not to mention it can slow your computer's processing power by 100%! Not only will we entirely rid your computer of spyware, but we'll also optimize it so that it will be faster than it ever was before!
In addition to the above, we'll also install a series of software that will protect you from future spyware attacks.
Price varies due to the varying complexity and destructiveness of different viruses. These will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We will return an external peripheral (a device connected to the outside of your computer) to a working state.

Even with your local area network secured, without the proper software and configuration settings, your personal information is still vulnerable to theft directly from the internet. In addition to securing your network from local intrusion, we'll also protect you from remote intrusion.
New PC Device and Software Setups
This is perfect if you're looking to purchase an upgrade for your computer and need to have it installed and configured. Included but not limited to: memory, hard disks, cd-rom drives, floppy drives, video cards, sound cards, network cards, motherboards, processors, fans, cables, power supplies and rat traps. A device must be new to qualify for this price.
We'll set up and configure any device that doesn't require us to open the computer case, such as cameras, printers, mice, keyboards, monitors, speakers or anything else that can plug into your computer. A device must be new to qualify for this price.
We'll install and configure any single software title.

We'll install and completely configure a fresh copy of your operating system. We'll even show you around if you're not familiar.
We will analyze your current or future network situation and recommend to you the best configuration and hardware. Once selected, we will install and configure your network. We'll even show you how to transfer files between your computers! This configuration includes one wired device and two wireless devices. Additional devices are $20 each.

This package is a combination of our "Network Setup," and "Internet and Network Security Package." This is the end-all be-all of network configuration. If you're getting an entirely new network, this package is highly recommended.
We'll come out and set up your new Internet Service Provider and get you on the internet faster than you can say, "Neon-Green!"
Dirty, nasty, icky, dusty, clumpy, hairy, buggy, mess. Do these remind you of the inside of your computer? If so, you need it thoroughly cleaned. Dust increases the heat inside your computer by cutting off air circulation and isolating hardware. Heat is the leading cause of physical hardware failure, and will render your computer useless if you let it continue. We'll remove as much dust from your computer as we can without taking it apart. Reccomended for computers 1-2 years old.

The deepest of deep cleaning. We will dismantle your machine, piece by piece, bit by bit and ensure that no speck of dust or sliver of hair or residue of insects are left behind. Dirt and particles and wedge themselves between component connections. Over time, this can result in short circuits and device failure. Reccomended for computers older than 2 years. Only available for desktops. This service can not be performed on-site.
